What is CrewTech?
CrewTech is cloud software for independent ambulance services, event medical providers and healthcare training providers. It brings rostering, patient transport, event medical cover, ePCR, fleet, training, HR, governance and invoicing into one platform.
Who is CrewTech for?
CrewTech is for private and independent ambulance services, event medical and first aid providers, patient transport providers and training providers in the UK and Ireland, from small teams to groups with several companies.
Does CrewTech work in both Ireland and the UK?
Yes. CrewTech supports the rules of each country, including working time, Garda vetting and DBS checks, and regulators such as CQC, HIQA and PHECC. A group can run Irish and UK companies side by side.
Does the ePCR work without mobile signal?
Yes. Crews complete patient report forms offline on approved phones and tablets, and the records sync automatically when signal returns.
Does CrewTech integrate with Xero?
Yes. CrewTech sends invoices, contractor bills and payments to Xero, with one connection for each company. Xero stays your accounting ledger.
How much does CrewTech cost?
Plans start from £249 a month for Core, £695 for Operations and £1,750 for Clinical, excluding VAT. Your quote depends on your team size and the modules you need.
How long does it take to switch to CrewTech?
You go live one area at a time, so your service keeps running throughout. We move your staff, vehicles, clients and history across and check them with you before each area goes live, and agree the timetable with you at the start.
Where is our data stored?
Your data is hosted in the EU, in Dublin. Access is limited by role, every change is recorded in an audit trail, and GDPR tools are built in.
Can we start with one module?
Yes. You can start with, for example, rostering and HR, then add patient transport, events, ePCR, fleet or training later without moving your data again.
