Privacy notice
Last updated 31 October 2026. This notice covers the CrewTech website at crewtech.org: what we do with the details you send when you ask for a demo or a quote.
Who we are
CrewTech is provided by Medicore Medical Services Ltd, registered in Ireland, company number 454503, registered office J2 Centrepoint, Rosemount Business Park, Dublin 11, D11 EWK2. We decide how your details are used, so we are the controller under the GDPR. You can reach us by post at that address or by phone on 01 685 4466.
What we collect
When you fill in the demo form we receive:
- your name, your organisation, your work email address and, if you give it, your phone number;
- your answers about team size, where you operate, the areas and plan you are interested in, and anything you write in the message box;
- the page you sent the form from and the website that sent you to us, if your browser shares it.
This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or advertising tools.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To reply to you, arrange the demo and prepare a quote: steps you asked us to take before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To keep a record of the enquiry and follow it up: our legitimate interest in running our business (Article 6(1)(f)).
We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who sees it
Our own staff who handle enquiries, and the companies that host and run our systems for us under contract: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database, hosted in the EU in Dublin) and our email provider, used to send you our reply. Some of these companies are based in the United States; where your details are reached from outside the European Economic Area, this is covered by the EU's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for two years after our last contact with you. If you become a customer, it becomes part of your customer record.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your details, to correct them, to delete them, to restrict how we use them, or object to our using them. Contact us using the details above; we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie), or to the data protection authority where you live or work, such as the ICO in the UK (ico.org.uk).
